After each upgrade is completed, TV and Internet may be down.
For Internet: Please reboot your DSL Modem and/or Router by removing the power cords from the equipment, wait 15 - 30 seconds, then restore the power. Once equipment has completed reboot services should restore.
For Television: On the TV Remote, press "Menu", then "settings", then "Restart system" Once the system reboots, channels and service should restore.
